EU TSD New requirements on 6 substances such as Phenol, Formamide, etc

A draft to amend 2009/48/EC Toy Safety Directive (TSD) was notified to WTO from EU recently (Notice No.: G/TBT/N/EU/231). In this draft, Phenol, Formamide, BIT, mass of CMI and MI (3:1), CMI as well as MI are added into Annex C Annex II of 2009/48/EC. The Annex C after amended is showed as following:

Specific limit values for chemicals used in toys intended for use by children under 36 months or in other toys intended to be placed in the mouth adopted in accordance with Article 46(2)
